  • Customers must provide a valid shipping address. Incorrect addresses leading to failed deliveries will not be eligible for refunds.

4. No Return Policy (To Minimize Returns)

  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.

  • Products like undergarments, hygiene-related items, and personalized/customized products are strictly non-returnable.

5. Refunds & Replacements

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

  • Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days (if applicable).
